We booked a lovely double room with WiFi for three nights in this place with a beautiful garden, and the decor was just right.

It was in an unbeatable location near many restaurants, shops, the Lagoon, main square/park, corner stores, and mercado and the Yucatan peninsula and the fort/lagoon/park. There was a lakeside restaurant nearby. We had a stylish and big room with beautiful decor. The bed was exceptionally comfortable & the staff there were very friendly and flexible.

Tranquil area, 500 metres to Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 metro station. Really helpful and flexible staff in the whole hotel. Cool unit with wifi.

It was a nice stay, luxury and nice place. The staff were amiable and flexible. The location was perfect and magnificent - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. Café Costa Coffee located 2 km away was a nice surprise.

The real highlight of my visit was the friendly and helpful staff, especially Alma and Jose, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. They truly made my stay memorable. The hotel also had a beautiful garden and pool area, providing a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. Additionally, the nearby restaurant served delicious breakfast. it was a perfect stay for me.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with in English. The room was a decent size and the mini fridge was a convenient addition.
